Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Suhn Swim currently offers Standard Shipping on all orders:

Flat Rate: $8.00 USD

Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (after processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Suhn Swim is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Suhn Swim is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
